Plants.com was a direct-to-consumer brand launched as part of the 1-800-Flowers family, focused on delivering modern, accessible plant gifting experiences. I led the brand from initial concept through launch and multi-year growth, owning both the visual identity and digital execution.
My work included brand identity development, logo and typography systems, color palette, and visual standards, as well as the design of the website, email templates, print materials, and social assets. The goal was to create a flexible, scalable system that could support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and rapid content updates.
Over its lifecycle, I partnered closely with marketing and product teams to evolve the brand and support performance-driven campaigns across channels until the brand was sunset as part of a broader portfolio shift.
